In this episode, we discuss the differences between this film and another Christian Slater cult classic, Heathers. Although Pump Up the Volume wasn’t a commercial success, Matthew asks whether the film could have a resurgence with modern audiences. I’m so glad you are fans of this movie too! This was such a favourite of mine that noone else had even heard of, let alone watched! I remember recording just the audio of the movie to cassette tape so I could listen to the whole film while out with my Walkman 🙂
